The old name is Melothria scabra. Ornamental cucumber species with tiny, distinctively light and dark green marbled fruits. The fruits are edible. It is a climber and when grown at a wire mesh, it will make a dense curtain of dark green leaves. The tiny flowers and fruits are not at sight under the leaves.
